Jesus was masterful at everything he did -preaching, healing, and teaching. He was the master teacher in everything he taught concerning human behavior and the heavenly kingdom. He also taught us lessons by what he did. Jesus used the model of servant leadership and chose twelve men to help him carry out his earthly ministry. This is the model we use in serving the needs of the church and the community -servant leadership.

The administrative personnel here at Second Baptist are people who give of their time, talent and team effort to advance the ministry goals and mission of the church through due diligence to business matters, keeping and always seeking best practices in following standard operating procedures, and holding up a positive and Christ-centered image of the church in the community
